Data Analyst Intern
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team at multiple locations. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to develop and implement data-driven solutions that optimize our operations and improve our bottom line. Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze large and complex data sets using statistical methods and tools
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
More Details:
Monday- Friday position , day shift , during the summer , 40 hour work week , possible OT available
Looking to start this individual in May/beginning of June 2025 after they have completed classes for the year
Laptop/computer at office provided
Paid position, paid biweekly
80% of the position is in office, 20% opportunity to be on site/ visiting other Mellott Branches
Must be able to use Microsoft Suite programs and other supporting software
Pre employment physical and drug test are required
Job Scope:
Recondition and repair aggregate equipment and components. Perform sequence of repairs assigned and diagnostic inspections as directed. Operate overhead crane, forklift, and other tools to relocate and service aggregate equipment. Perform work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality.

Individual may be exposed to fumes or chemicals. Personal protective equipment, such as steel toe boots, safety goggles, and ear plugs/muffs, is required in the shop.

Job Scope:
Learn basic operational procedures and work culture while working with an experienced Technician. Clean and grease parts and work with basic equipment and tools while keeping the work environment clean and safe.

Required to work in conjunction with a more Sr. Level Technician (field /shop repair)

Learn attendance expectations and work culture
Operate basic equipment and tools
Learn operational procedures
Clean and lubricate equipment and parts

Learn, read, and comprehend service manuals to achieve familiarity with related tools and equipment
